I haven't had the chance to talk to you since my cases were settled, but hope you are doing well. September 21, 2006 was a really bad day for me when I was hit from behind and injured. Having you "on board" early in the process was really helpful to me. You were very good and patient at explaining what needed to be done as my cases moved through the system.
